The Schaefer Ambulance Alumni was formed through the creation of a facebook page (with the same name) by former Schaefer Ambulance employee Robert Abijay on February 11, 2009. Robert worked for Schaefer Ambualnce in the Orange County Region which was based in Santa Ana, CA.
The Schaefer Ambulance Alumni Facebook group (as of August 4, 2019) has 442 members. Members of the group have posted countless pictures of their times at the company, various ambulances and of course many pictures of other co-workers.
The goal of this web site is to connect other former employees and other colleagues having an interest in sharing memories together who might not be a member of Facebook or otherwise prefer an alternate method of communication.
